Our Story
Healing Through Nature, Intention, & Self-Care
Hi, I’m Sarah, founder of SYN-ergy Holistic Boutique.
I created SYN-ergy because I believe healing begins with the small choices we make to care for ourselves each day. My mission is deeply personal: to create sustainable, high-quality botanical wellness products that inspire meaningful self-care and help people reconnect with the healing power of nature.
My journey into holistic wellness began while searching for ways to support my own well-being. Living with fibromyalgia taught me that healing isn’t always about finding a single solution—it often comes through intentional daily rituals that nourish both the body and the spirit. As I explored herbalism, essential oils, botanical skincare, and mindful living, those personal discoveries grew into something I wanted to share with others.
Today, SYN-ergy is more than a boutique. It’s a reflection of my belief that wellness should be approachable, intentional, and rooted in nature. Every product I create or thoughtfully curate is chosen with care, sustainability, and the hope that it brings a little more comfort, balance, and beauty into someone’s day.
The Products That Mean the Most to Me
Every product I create has a purpose, but a few hold an especially meaningful place in my heart because they were inspired by my own healing journey.
Calendula Balm
When I was recovering from breast cancer surgery, one of my greatest fears wasn’t just the surgery itself—it was how my body would change afterward. During my recovery, I created a simple daily ritual of caring for my skin with my handcrafted Calendula Balm. Those quiet moments became an act of self-compassion and a reminder that healing isn’t only physical—it’s also about learning to care for ourselves with patience, grace, and intention.
That experience inspired one of the products I’m most proud to share. Over the years, many customers—including fellow breast cancer survivors and people living with chronic pain—have shared how nourishing and comforting they find this balm. Those conversations continue to remind me why I started SYN-ergy.
Elixir d’Arnica Botanical Massage Oil
Living with fibromyalgia has taught me that some days simply getting through the day takes incredible strength. Muscle tenderness, fatigue, and flare-ups have shown me the importance of slowing down and creating moments of intentional self-care.
Elixir d’Arnica was born from that experience. Every ingredient—from arnica-infused oil to grounding vetiver and sandalwood—was chosen with intention to create a soothing massage ritual that helps me unwind after long days of gardening, creating products, or spending hours connecting with customers at local farmers markets.
One of the rituals I return to most often is a warm mineral bath. When my body feels tired or my mind feels overwhelmed, soaking in mineral-rich salts with calming botanicals gives me permission to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be present.
That personal ritual inspired my collection of Mineral Bath Soaks. They’re designed to transform an ordinary bath into a peaceful moment of restoration—an invitation to pause, reconnect, and make space for yourself.
