Shipping Turnaround Time
We work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly. Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in approximately 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Arrives in approximately 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping options will also appear during checkout.

Local Pick Up Policy

We offer local pickup for customers who prefer to receive their orders in person. Since we do not have a storefront, all pickups must be scheduled in advance and will take place in a designated community location in Gresham, Oregon.

How It Works:

  1. Place Your Order – Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
  2. Schedule a Pickup Time – After your order is ready, we will contact you via email or text to arrange a pickup time.
  3. Meet at a Community Location – Pickup will be in a safe, public area in Gresham. We will confirm the location when scheduling.
  4. Pickup Confirmation – Please arrive on time and bring your order confirmation. If you’re unable to make it, let us know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

Important Notes:

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed orders may be canceled.
  • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • All local pickup sales are final once the order is handed off.
